A Comparative Analysis of PI and PID Controlled Bidirectional DC-DC Converter with Conventional Bidirectional DC-DC Converter
Abstract
The significance of the bidirectional DC to DC converter topologies is obtaining importance day by day due to the fact of the uncomplicated framework as well as its straightforward operation capability. This paper presents a comparative analysis between three Bidirectional DC to DC topologies of traditional, PI and PID controlled converter. It has been proved that Bidirectional DC-DC converter with PI controller is more efficient, comparatively with conventional and PID controlled topologies because of rhe stable output voltage given by the PI Controlled topology. The comparative analysis has been demonstrated in this paper to determine an efficient converter to achieve low steady state error and higher efficiency.
